in Theory I have owned 0 cars

in Practice

1988 E30 318i Got it with 330 000Km sold it with 380 000Km (no engine work done/needed)

1990(? We think, Grey import From Japan Via Australis & bots) SWB 2.5TD Pajero

1992 E36 316i - I got it from my mom on 97K km in 2008 we sold it this year with 118Kkm on it

2000 E46 318i - got it in 2009 with 130K km - I got it last year with 136KKm now on 150K km


The E30 & E46 have been "in my name on paper" but paid for & owned by my dad..

Both where not so great. The Diablo for three months only, it was the high dash board non hydraulic clutch version that had initially come out. Had a wow factor to it.
The Viper I had for over a year. It was before unleaded so it took half a hour to fill up as most stations only had the big nozzle pumps. Build quality was very bad. The roof was a mission to put on and it leaked when it rain. The drops fell right onto your left knee hehe. It also had a wow factor but was not a performance monster at altitude.
These cars made me never want to own a exotic again.

you are lucky to have had the experience... I can see by the cars you have now that something must have put you off
