The BMW 4 Series picks up where the 3 Series left off

At the 2013 Detroit Auto Show, CNET's Wayne Cunningham takes a look at the BMW 4 Series Coupe gives the 3 Series owners some sport cred.

The concept looks beautiful but I wonder how much it will come in for. If the current F30 prices are any indication, these coupe's are gonna be expensive.

It would make sense to me that they keep the price of the 4 the same as the the current 3 coupe, relative to the 4 door 3 series....otherwise I dont really get the point.

In fact I still kinda dont get it. Its a gorgeous car of course....but what kind of a difference will you see between an M3 and the M4 version of this concept? Or will it be closer to the M5?

Too early to say just as yet.
But its BMW, it will be awesome and expensive either way....no doubt.

There were live spy photos of a 4 series (sans camouflage) before this concept was released. I guess we already know how it's going to look.
