Temporary DTC Problem

Just wondering if anyone else has ever experienced this. I was at an advanced driving course at Gerotek yesterday with my E90 335i. The last exercise of the day was on the constant speed oval. The instructor told us to do max 160km/h in the outside lane and start accelerating just before the straights. However, on my 7th lap while entering the straight and accelerating hard I hit a small bump on the track which caused the DTC light to flicker (this was at around 175km/h). Immediately after that I got a bunch of lights on the dash. I got the yellow "hand-brake" light, the DTC switched off light and a big DTC sign with an exclamation mark in the middle display. After going through the errors I also got the tire pressure low error.

I stopped and explained the problem to the instructor, who assured me it was due to the embankment and many different brands of cars had this issue. According to him modern stability control systems don't like it if the right wheels are that much higher than the left wheels. And sure enough, after restarting the engine and driving another 100m all the lights cleared and everything returned to normal.

Anyone else ever see this happen?

Something similar happened to me once, I did do it on purpose though. After a hard launch and some fishtailing I got an error saying DTC failure and something about not being able to corner.
