TAPATALK USERS - *please read this*

Hi guys,

This thread is under the supervision of the Tapatalk developers whom I have invited to monitor here, for any feedback posted here by forum users who make use of the Tapatalk app to browse the forum on their phones.

This comes after I received a few complaints that some users were experiencing problems with browsing threads/certain threads/subforums etc via Tapatalk.

The developers need more information, which I cannot give them as I do not use Tapatalk myself.

If you have experienced troubles lately, have gotten error messages, or are generally having any problems browsing the forum using Tapatalk, then please post your experiences here with depictive details of what you are experiencing, so that the developers may read your reports here and use this info to resolve/better your browsing experience.

Please keep any smallchat in this thread to a bare minimum, to make it easier for the developers to scan through and do what they need to.

I couldn't access the timeline over the weekend. I just deleted and reinstalled and all was fine.

The old Tapatalk apps are unsupported. If you can tell us what you dont like from new ones, maybe we can help

my timeline is out of action ,even when I click in the settings it doesn't seem to change anything .

did you click "more" and activated the timeline tab? its working fine for me now in android

Yes I did still the same .I think I'm gonna delete the app and reinstall.
Update: deleted and reinstalled all is fine.thanks

The older version used much less space, so you could see more content per screen

I had an issue with the timeline not appearing. Changing settings/deleting and installing didn't help.

When they updated the app recently it was sorted.

except last night the entire first page of "new topics" was covered by a "spammer", wasnt sure if it was only a Tapatalk issue or general issue

Can anything be done to conserve data, maybe scale down the images on your servers? My Tapatalk data usage is too high.
