Swirl Flaps

Good Day All

Please advise why you blank of the swirl flaps and not just remove the butterfly and leave the rest of the construction as is.

I drive a e90 330D and removed the intake today just to find that mine was still ok, but while I am there I wanted to remove them - but noticed I bought the 22mm instead of the 32mm plates, there with the question- why not just remove the buttery on each cylinder

No difference. Many guys go that route. Swirlflaps are not a big problem on the e90s

I suppose it's doing it 100% vs doing it 95%.

Better peace of mind perhaps.

Ok just checked I paid 30 pounds from the UK you can have it at R200

No worries, honestly I haven't heard of many e90's failing, they improved the design from the E46.
If u want peace of mind n decide to do it you can have these it's just laying in my draw and I don't plan on buying a diesel anytime, don't worry bout payment you can have them if needed.
