Sherwin when did you do the LC build thought it was done long ago?

Hi Dean, hope you are well. Yes indeed the LC build was done a while ago. The fuel system issue came up when attempting to boost over 0.7 bar. So that's what I was busy with. But we were not successful, so we are trying another avenue.

To exit 210km/h what sort of power is it making at only 0.5Bar? Cos modified 2014 GTR's exit similar. And I do trust a V Box.

Hi Dean, my dyno on 0.5 bar is on the 1st post in this thread:

According to physics this is what is required for an M3 (weighing 3700lbs or 1678kg with driver) to exit 210km/h (131mph)

Works out according to physics & science that you need 564hp at the rear wheels to propel a 1678kg object to 210km/h over a standing 1./4 mile, obviously this is an estimate.

564hp is 420.57kw.

For example for an M135i to exit 191km./h it needs:

Simple physics, nothing to do with me.

Sounds pretty accurate to me (but I say it's true for all our modern auto transmissions). For 6MT it doesn't work. And to run 210kmh you have to make >400wkw's considering he weight aswell. We had a Merc running on Sun with 360wkw it trapped 198. The Gtr's are usually trapping 210 modded.

Yeah definitely have to input the weight. If it doesn't run the trap the calculator estimates then there's various possible reasons. Remember the calculator says that's the best possible exit given ideal conditions, driving & no issues with the car.

I did a manual altitude compensation & went 2 pulley sizes down to make the same boost up here that I'm making at sea-level. Got the boost top 0.55 bar. Did a quick run to compare, just after some rain so the roads were damp. Pulled from idle & short shifted due to the damp surface but wasn't too interested in the time (that will come when I mount the slicks), just wanted to check exits:
