That is disgusting service.. I will not go there..

I have taken 2 cars to TWT melrose & gotten them to swap all 4 tyres on both cars onto the other car. and all they charged me was like R20 a tire to fit & balance.

Then I have gone to same TWT to get tires swapped front to back & got told, dont worry about paying just give my guys a tip (by the manager, talking about the fitters)

Yeah me too, went to both Melrose and Sandton before, both are very good... except Sandton charged me like R600 for balance and aligment:nonono:

Make a noise at the HeadOffice, complain on HelloPeter, right an Article in the Local Paper and Expose them,

You should never Treat customers in that Manner, that guy should be Fired and hopefully never work in a Customer facing enviroment ever ...

Looks like an automated response, give them a day and see if they respond to your complain, If they do insist on an action to bebe taken against this Doos :argh:

TWT N1 City FTW! I have taken my 540 there countless times to get MY OWN rims and MY OWN tyres swapped and changed. They know me by now and always make me feel welcome DISPITE the fact that I am not buying tyres from them...Then recently, I bought a new set of expensive tyres for the bakkie from them and when the Shit-box needs tyres...off to them....and they do bike tyres now, so i'll get mine there...etc...and I don't even live in the area...See Supa Quick...that's how it works...

I get kak service I complain. Reason is half the time management are not even aware of what their staf are doing.

Also if they are not made aware of it I have no right to complain as i did nothing to remedy the situation.

Reason for my Doughlasdale Checkers PnP thread.

Well done. Complain. that's the only why we will get service to improve.

Cant believe it, however I have used TWT for over 15 years down on the coast and never, I mean never, had a problem! Owner, Bruce Barnes is a petrol head himself and looks after all of us on the coast. Has good people working for him, good equipment, no scratched mags etc and most of all, Bruce has happy customers!

A guy takes his car for tyres and alignment ,pays full price and a within a year later same thing so I tell him go to TWT . They see the tyre wear and check alignment , its out due to a mechanical issue . he has it fixed and is a TWT happy customer . Thats what I expect , not do alignment and not see a broken spring !!!!

Talk about bad PR for Supa Quick. If anything, we are all going too look at any Supa Quick differently now. I for one agree with the respondents here that TWT is much preferred.

supa quick should rather not respond than send an automated response. it makes the situation worse.
