Sunday trading hours

Unimpressed. Trading hours shown on google for Sunday’s : 9:00 to 13:00. Website shows 9:00 to 14:00.

Drove to the store and they were closed at 12:30.

The contact person claims centre management requested that they close at times yet other shops around them were open. No other options given.

Fix your website and google listing please.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. The website was wrong as well as the google listing. These should be rectified now.

This has been a proper screw up, the store was not supposed to be closed that early in the first place! We only found out the store manager had an emergency after being contacted by a few customers :dunnoanymore:

Neil is addressing the matter, however this should not have occurred in the first place. I understand the frustration and once again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

I was told via WhatsApp from +27 71 521 0721 that “Apologies, center management has instructed us to close at certain times. Sorry for the inconvenience”

Bit confusing but ill phone next time before traveling around 80km looking for expert advice on what to buy.

No need for this attitude bro... They are acknowledging there mistake. If you were so perfect perhaps it would've crossed your mind to call before driving 80km?

The store manager having an emergency was the reason for the store closing early (12:30 vs 1 pm as advertised). The excuse about centre management enforcing the closing times is half correct as we used to remain open until 2pm and were told to close at 1pm.

However, this particular day, the store was closed before 1 pm anyway.

I'm not making excuses, this was a mess up, with poor communication from our part. We only found out that the store was closed when customers called the after hours line.
It is something that is being addressed with the team to ensure this does not happen again.

The times on the website and Google have been fixed. Management have also responded to your google review.

I totally understand your frustration, and we are willing to address your concerns accordingly.

We pride ourselves on customer service, so any issues are taken very seriously. I am responding to this post sitting across world, this was the first issue raised this morning when I was forwarded your google review.

Bud with all due respect, driving 80kms x2 aka 160kms as I assume in a Z4 for a Sunday cruize can't be that bad right? :smilebounce: Probably opened the taps on the way home, so must have made you smile even given the circumstances.

Rule of thumb, always call.. I have always had solid service from Crazy Detailer, even up to the point where they personally drove to me to come deliver my goods when their courier was delayed..

Everyone knows Facebook, Google, website times and details are seldom the port of call. Check any place you'll find conflicting info a lot.

I’m not disputing the service at all. That’s the exact reason I drove there in the first place. Expert advice and great service as stated in various reviews.

In a predominantly digital age any business should be on top of their digital platforms, especially a retailer with a comprehensive e-commerce offering.

I’m more than happy with the explanations and personal involvement from the owner himself to address the concerns.

I doubt there's much to discuss. So you got to a store that was closed. I'm sure this has happened to all of us multiple times. Heck, it even happens with massive companies like Edcon group. Not all opening times are correct online, all the time.

Just go back another time and get what you want :thumbs:
