The store manager having an emergency was the reason for the store closing early (12:30 vs 1 pm as advertised). The excuse about centre management enforcing the closing times is half correct as we used to remain open until 2pm and were told to close at 1pm.
However, this particular day, the store was closed before 1 pm anyway.
I'm not making excuses, this was a mess up, with poor communication from our part. We only found out that the store was closed when customers called the after hours line.
It is something that is being addressed with the team to ensure this does not happen again.
The times on the website and Google have been fixed. Management have also responded to your google review.
