Sump Gasket on e46 3i8i N46 engine

Hi Guys. Does anyone here know what the cost would be to have my sump gasket replaced on my 2004 318i auto. Had a guy out to repair my stripped sump nut. In trying to get the nut out it seems he hammered a screw driver or something bet nut and sump. Seems like the sump was shaken up a bit now leaking oil after this. Is this a big job on this car. Anyone had this done and can recommend a good mechanic.
