I'll draw up the design with it with a white and and with a black hand.

To get it to stand out a bit more I can try and bold the letters but with the words in red and the circle in red if we go to big on the wording it will overlapp and not see it over the circle.

And yes on a tinted window and even sone normal windows black cant really be seen unless your really close. So colour wise we need to be very specific so we dont make the wrong impression but still make it visible to passer bys

Yip, Orange will work as well. I think we do a couple of color combinations and the guys can choose which one would suit their individual vehicles best.

In my opinion less is more, maybe use less colours, or shade some of the colours to create a layered effect. E.g. make the hand lighter so that the texts "pops" more and becomes easier to read.

I use only 3 colours so to make it stand out. If we want to use shade it is going to cost somewhat more or then we need to digital print it and that isnt going to look good.

But I put it on so all can vote and decide and not just one.

Once there are unity among us on the design,(and yes we can unfortunately not please everyone) then I`ll get some made in different sizes and post photos so everyone can decide on what size the would like to have on their car.

I like the simplicity of this design, how about:

RED Ring (can be a little wider 20%) – White contact details
Bright blue hand
Bright orange “STOP RAPE NOW”
“NO MEANS NO” in white with black surrounds.

Dump the background on this one for a clear view...

If we all decide that this design will work, it’s just a matter to getting the colour combination sorted.

See the guys causing this crime is not the one's on this forum... I would suggest you rather stand by those who went through it in life, look after your wifes, girlfriends and daughters.... Make an example of those that is guilty.

Support a cause for those that got emotionally damaged in the process. Driving around telling people to look out is not going to do anything...

But a drive in support of funding for those that went through the trauma will mean the worlds difference.

Mmmm, let me have a think, what have we been trying to achieve here..

1. Create awareness. – Stickers (with contact details)
2. Make contact with a NPO, done. WAR.
3. Next year I will arrange a drive, and gauging by the participation on this thread it will be a small one, but the guys who have offered their support is passionate about this cause, just like I am.

YES, we do support people who have been through these things, and sometimes it is not too far from home.

Before I get going, let me just say this.

I am not an individual who have time as a luxury, but I see the value of doing something positive, no matter how small…

Im telling you boys this because I was a victim in this. And the worst of all it was a person that did all the events for a place that delt with rape awareness. going to a head doc wasn't an option for me because there was never money to do so.

Maybe your approach should not just be "Stop Rape" but making victims aware that there are people there to help and that its ok to tell someone. I didnt tell anyone because I was told its my fault. That's the problem with 90+% of rape victims. They think its there fault. This cause is great but you boys are missing a VITAL part.

So before getting all dismissive about what I am trying to say, read this carefully and think about it. Stopping this would be great but making woman know that its ok to voice out that its wasnt their fault is where you should be thinking of going to with this. Like I said the cause is great. No one is wasting your time Herman, but there is more to what is going through the mind of a rape victim than you boys on this forum think.

Im NOT telling you people this to make you feel sorry for me, in fact what happened to me made me a much stronger person today, Im telling you this to think about the other side as well. Rape wont stop until females starts standing up for them self and not blame them self, to voice if something happened to them and not be scared to do so.

The awareness created by initiatives like Herman's, is meant to inform the public of reality. It can happen to any member of society, not only in lesser communities..... By taking part in his initiative will acknowledge my/participants awareness of this fact.
