Stock N54 dyno

Any idea what a stock n54 does in terms of wkw/wbhp and nm on average? Obviously this will vary from dyno to dyno, but it'd be nice to have rough idea :)

Saw 166kw/358nm on the wheels on a local dyno with my car today. The dyno is notoriously stingy, but i expected a figure of around 180wkw. Hopefully my car isn't sick

Those seem a bit low but if the dyno is stingy, could be ok.

Speak to the carbon doctor guys on the forum, seems cars run smoother, stronger and lighter on fuel once its been cleaned out by them

Agreed, carbon clean is well worth it  my car was stronger and a lot smoother after I got it cleaned

All depends what mileage you have on the car, if its any thing over 40 - 50K its would definately be worth your while!
58 000km. Unfortunately I'm in East London and there's no Carbon Doc representation here yet :(

Stock Standard I pushed 194wkw at Kar Dyno and with JB4 only I pushed 230wkw at Kar Dyno. This is for N54 manual 135i

My Step N54 made 192wkw
My Manual N54 made 202wkw
My DCT N55 made 195wkw

All dyno's was done at KAR (JHB) and all the above was factory stock power without OB.

Need to dyno my DCT now though.....if only I had the time :flyfun:

From all my observations, 135's make around 185 to 210 standard power. I would be concerned if mine made 168....

Stock I dynoed at 236kw :roflol:

coast would be like 300kw :biglol:

serious note the 1m dynos very high numbers when stock
some say its power output from the factory was marketed very low
