Steering Lock Disengage Do you know Someone ???

Morning Guys

Im looking for someone who has that mobile unit that does diagnostics on the bmw that can come to my place and disengage a steering lock,,,,,,,, my battery went dead working on the car the weekend now its locked ive had the problem before and really don't feel like towing my car all the way to bmw just to get it unlocked again

Please let me know if anyone knows someone who can help

or can anyone tell me if i can use my Bavarian cable with the dis software and has anyone tried it before ?

bro-man... BT cable uses its own software and should have an option somewhere to reset the steering lock, DIS is a different set up and would need a different obd cable to operate...

do you know anyone with a launch or autologic?

No i dont well no one that would come out ,,,but i checked the bt cable software cant find the option to unlock so i managed to get the dealership software and programs that run it , so i will give it a shot apparently the ob 2 does work so ill see how it goes worst case scenario trailer to Tune Tech :thumbdo:
