Stages in the life on my 135

So basically this is a small thread on car.

The car is question is a 2011 135i DCT
The following dyno's were done all at autotrix, durban.
All figures are wheel power, with no correction factor added.

Stock
200kws and 403nm

Stock + PPK1
218kws and 435nm

PPK1 + JB4
227kws and 468nm

Expected more with the JB fitted, but as we found out, the fuel readings on the log were very low. ( Values approx 5.3/5.4)
BMW knows the pump is a problem, but because there is no code thrown, they cant change it.

So now i have to buy a new fuel pump (6k) and get bmw to fit it on ( labour cost) at my own cost:thumbdo:

If problem continues, il bring the car back to stock, i have no other choice

I wonder if there will be anyone in the future that can recondition these pumps? I think mine is also giving out as my reading drops to 10 under full operation.

Get an aftermarket Aeromotive, Aem or Bosch in tank performance fuel pump which will work way better than Oem at less than half of the bmw price :thumbs:

Its the HPFP

When the logs were done, values of the HPFP were jumping between 3 - 5.
Chris did tell me that the car is not getting enough fuel:thumbdo:

I know how you feel... Mines been in for 2 weeks...testing and trying to see why i get a reduced engine power light at random times as well...



So sad....

Might have to take the m lite to bmw to have the hpfp checked as well jb4 logs show Hpfp reading at 6 max during full throttle on map 2

Ok so a little update:

Fuel pump was changed.

Car was strapped on the dyno last night. Same dyno as used before
( Autotrix DBN)

Mods : JB4, BMS Intake, Pump Fuel.

249kw & 492 nm All wheel power.

Done on map 5

Not the highest, but happy this car has improved.:thumbs:

Must be enjoying the car so much more now! hope to have similar results when I FINALLY get my car back from BMW and strap the mods back in
