Fanatics we have noted random posts in different threads by a few members criticising staff and calls for the team to step down. We always welcome constructive input into how the forum can be improved but general statements of this nature do not serve well in making improvements and hence cannot be entertained.
The staff team have been elected, have the full backing of the Forum Senior Team and will continue on the team until further notice. They have a challenging job in maintaining the Forum and still have to go through lifes daily obstacles as well. Our staff team are not robots but made up of inidividuals / people who may make decisions that do not always suit everyone. I'm sure that every person on the forum can relate to that. We urge you to show respect in your interactions on the forum with all members including the staff body.
Should any member have genuine concerns regarding any individual staff team member they should address this in a respectful manner with substantiation to the Admin team for further consideration and discussion. We will not be drawn into open debates on this matter on the open forum in random threads. We will also remove posts of this nature with further warning or discussion.
