Squeaky suspension noise

hello all

my cars a 2009 E90 exclusive with 18" runflats and i get a squeaky noise from the front suspension when going over speed bumps and rough road all the time.
there is also a scratchy noise coming out of the dash below the idrive hard drive location.

any ideas.

This is normal with run flats.

A 2009 should still have motor plan. What does BMW say?

Yep, let motorplan sort this out for you!!

Mine has a very slight squeak noise just after I have washed and rinsed the car and wheel well out, so once dry it's fine again. Interior rattles is often a problem with the E90 - front passenger seat in mine does rattle a bit, but dashboard is fairly rattle free...

mine does it and bmw cant find the cause.
will replace shocks when m/p is up

Also have BMW check the front shock mounts, If you have hit hit any large pot holes you could have an issue as the front shock mounts do tend to stuff up.

the car is still on motorplan and bmw have checked it out and cant find anything.
the last time it was with them they "claimed" that they tightened up the front suspension.

Combacks on the e90 is not unusual for a BMW dealership.:idea:

Have the same problem on a E46compact though

I thought it was the shocks but after replacing all 4 shocks and the mountings the noise is still there. I noticed when it has been raining the noise goes away and the last time I thought I had cured the problem I had taken the car in for the undercarriage wash but after 2 weeks the irritating squeaky noise was back.
