Squeaking windows

My driver's side window in the 540 is Squeaking quite badly. I've already determined that it's not the tracks, but the rubber that runs along the bottom of the window (Top of the door panel).

Has anyone experienced this and how do I get rid of it without using something that will leave streaks on the window.

Can you get the trim and rubber off - may need to take door panel off , then clean rubber and feed it with a silicine spray and wipe off . rubber needs to be supple .
