Spray painting

Hi all. I'm new to the forum and I've just bought an E90 325i which has a scratched front bumper. Where can I take it for a spray job? The car is under motorplan, does the panel beater/repair centre have to be BMW approved? I had my previous car's front bumper sprayed at BB Cars and they did an excellent job. They are however not BMW approved.

its just a bumper.. spray it anywhere that's good (and uses oem paint, preferably)

My BMW dealership told me that I needed to go to Atlantic Coachworks for any paint jobs otherwise my motor plan would be voided. I couldn't believe it ! I wanted my handle bars to be color coded but they charge an arm and a leg. What do the handle bars have to do with my motor plan anyway ? So I'm guessing if they told me that my motor plan would be voided if using a different company then doing the same with your front bumper would give a similar outcome. It's ridiculous.
