all these public holidays, we lost almost a full week in April, May started off with a holiday, and now I heard the staff muttering about 1/2 day on Wednesday (voting day)
Will find out tomorrow whats going to happen on wednesday.

Its a vicious cycle, no trading, no income, but bills and suppliers to pay, no money to pay suppliers, means "locked" supplier accounts, means not being able to get new supplies, means loss of more business.

and so as the money comes in suppliers are being paid, to keep trading, but the end of month supplier payments are compromised by using this months income to pay the overdue suppliers from last month.
