When i have the car off my speedo cruise button works on my steering fine but not when i start the the car and am driving then it does not want to come on at all. Is there a fuse or something else cause i also noticed the my hazards as well as my central locking button by the hand break does not work. Could any one help in this regard to these @ problems

Some more info regarding the model of your car and whether it is manual or auto etc would help to get better informed opinions. Also are there any other warning lights on?
Thing to do in this case would be to diagnostics done, to get an idea of what might be wrong, as there are a lot of inter-dependencies between things. Like when the MAF isn't plugged in the cruise control doesn't work. It might be something like the clutch pedal switch that is fault or a problem with the auto gearbox.
