The SPCA JHB are in desperate need of blankets for this upcoming winter season.
[FYI: The JHB SPCA has concrete kennels which are all outside and are exposed to the elements].

We had a wonderfully successful run in 2019, raising an amazing R21k / 357 Blankets!

Please do consider donating a blanket or two for our furry buddies.

I've been to Makro / a few of the China Malls but Pep seems to have the best option at R80 a Blanket.



Donations can be made to my account & will arrange delivery soonest to the Johannesburg SPCA and provide you with a proof of purchase.

a) an example of the blankets well be donating;

The Fanatics have outdone themselves yet again! We are at an unbelievable +-R30k raised! [Recon will be done and posted by tomorrow]

A Fanatic, Damon from the RennZport group has reached out with a solution for an even better double ply blanket at around R55 each.
As this still is pending, we are postponing delivery to the 10th June '23.

Update: Damon from All About Animals pet boutique Krugersdorp pulled all the stops to get the most blankets + food for our money! 🙏
We are just awaiting some dog food [25 x 5KG of food] for delivery but the 400 blankets have arrived.

I should be at the JHB SPCA doing the drop off around 10:30 - 11ish tomorrow AM (10th June '23)
Kennels are open till about 1PM, so please come through if you keen on checking some animals out (to hopefully adopt! )

Will update the thread should there be any changes
