Google search realoem.com,then put your vin number ,and search parts(spark plugs)will appear with a part number

Is the car tuned/modded?
If not just use OEM bosch plugs.

If tuned/modded the NGKs one step or two step colder plugs work great. You can pick them up from BMW. They used in the Mini cooper S cars.
