Yes you can...I take it you have a R53 supercharger mini?
I ran standard plugs on mine with a 17% pulley and also went for the colder plug...my opinion...i never felt a difference to be honest

Run the colder plug, there is a reason why BMW sold the JCW kit with the colder spark plugs and 11% pulley.

Yes, run a colder plug.

Spark plugs make a big difference in the chamber temperature and with tue added pressure the tendency to knock increases.
A colder set of plugs cunducts more heat away keeping the engine safe.
