Spare Key

Some advice please:
4 months after buying my car i still have not received the promised spare key. Who do I complain to if the dealer principle is not responding?

Walk into his office and demand your key.

otherwise there is no alternatives. Complaining will only get you so far.

Take action and if he can not provide you with the key take legal action against him.

What about BMW SA - they can't step in?
Else there must be a motoring ombudsman?

Hello Peter buddy, it works wonders because when you go public they freak out. I had numerous issues with Discovery and Nedbank, once I went to Hello Peter I got my stuff sorted instantly.

Also contact BMW SA directly, they independent from dealers and will help you out because after the dealer is a representation of the BMW brand.....

BMW SA will not get involved unless its directly affecting them. Disputes between dealerships and Owners they will not intervene.

You can send a Mail to the following address and ask them to look into it.

Thanks, guys.
I sent the e-mail to the DP yesterday - I will give him until Monday morning to respond.
I'll pursue the other routes if he doesn't respond.
