Zach and myself sat in traffic on Allendale road for an hour before we got in and parked in the parking above the pits. Was funny watching a Police Helicopter with search light checking out what hell was going on! We later moved to the start line and started talking to the marshals and they had never seen anything like it on Kyalami grounds. Next time they are gonna open up other sections for drifting! We said they need to sort out the entrance bottleneck for next time.

There will be no drifting n the track, you can't even warm your tyres up on the track. Would have to be clear off the track, maybe where they were doing spinning, small section of the parking lot

As we left some crazy guy spun his e36 into an audi and drove off claiming his mom just died.. Lucky they got his plates..

But the event ! NO WORDS! Was crazy awesome! Esp the Chopper lighting up the runway behind the racers.. SO COOL! Wish I had it on video!

A few hiccups because of the massive turnout.

1. Entering queue were 3 lanes but you only new this when you got to the front.
2. Pits were way to full, you will have to limit the amount of cars racing, have the racers park in the pits and challenge each other instead of everyone piling up in a long queue and race whoever is next to you..
3. Bikes were annoying as hell revving like idiots
4. More racing, times between races were too long.
5. I wanted to race the Lambo and R8 but couldnt find the owners and the QUEUE omg the QUEUE!! LOL
6. Oh yes - NO ALCOHOL!!! - Thats just looking for a way to cause shit.

But still an awesome amazing event!! Will support it as much as possible..

What an evening! Really really enjoyed it :thumbs: Apart from the hour and a half it took to enter but anyways...

Definitely agree with some of Dreamers suggestions. The pits were chaotic so maybe a different system is in order.

Otherwise had a fantastic time. Will be attending alot more!

Also wasn't impressed by the alcohol. Had a drunk hit on me ffs :bangdesk: Also saw racers with bottles in their hands. I suppose that's one thing you'll never be able to rid at events like these

this is the reason i prefer going to tarlton once a month
its a much more controlled environment
and yes its a timed event so no cheating
maybe iam getting to old :biglol:

I have to agree with the guys, i do a lot of track days on the bike and its much better there is no booze allowed. Thats asking for trouble

Clearly the guys that attended have noticed issues that can be rectified, so i believe the organisers would have seen the same.

I doubt holding an event such as this will happen flawlessly, but SSC have stepped up to the plate and taken on this challenge.
