I guess we will have to wait and see what they have planned. I have confidence that the SSC guys know what they doing. After all, they ran the Wesbank Wednesday evening with very little to no issues.

Wesbank was awesome and well run yes.
As much as I miss those days and believe it's a great thing for the street racing scene to have something like this back, can't help to think that a venue that once hosted the Formula 1 has been reduced to Wednesday night drags.

A moment of silence for Kyalami raceway..

GREAT is an understatement.

Arrive early. Trust me. We were sitting on the Pit`s rooftop watching and at 22:00 the cars were still trying to get into Kyalami`s main gates, and I mean hundreds of them.

Excellent event, great racing, extremely well organized!

Well done SSC!

:ty:

And for those interested in going next Wednesday...gates open at 18:30. be there at 18:30.
Entrance is R30 per person, to race is free.

380 metres to the bridge where you tap off, start slowing down and braking for zig-zag man made in the road by barriers to ensure your speed is slow for the right hander, then you are directed off the physical track via access routes to the pit lanes again.., in the pits you line up, go out onto the track, make a U turn onto the main straight, and line up for your race

EDIT: Repeat above steps however many times you deem fit. :p

What an evening... Southside Crew FTMFW!!!! Thank you!!! Thanks Dawood for the VIP parking!!

I got there early, was at the gate at 5:45pm. Good thing, cos it got packed from 6:30pm. Races where happening from 7:30pm. Was really good to see a fully packed LEGAL environment with everyone doing their thing.

I didnt race at all, wasnt really going to cos of the heavy wheels. But i shall be prepared in a few weeks.

Met up with Fuzz, UpNcoming and Executer. Nice meeting up guys. We must make this an event on our calender.

The track stretch was 330m. Racing started from the bottom of the pits to the bridge. Easy to get on and off the track, with 2 twisties after you brake.

Most fun, will be there every week if i can make it.
