South East Auto (Germiston) Closing Down

Hey All

So popped in yesterday to South East Auto only to find out that the dealership is closing down at the end of this month. Quite sad as I have been serving my cars with them all along. Apparently due to they size and the close proximity to Alberante BMW and Bruma BMW is was not financially viable anymore. Sad times :thumbdo:

Yeah, so true. On the positive side thou both service advisors, Wayne and Jacky have found new jobs. Wayne is now at Alberante and Jacky moves to Jeep Bryanston. Im sure quite a few members may also now both of these service advisors.

Especially in the motoring industry. I see it everyday.

unfortunately its going to get much worse mate... SA is following Zimbabwe by the book. everyone regardless of colour or creed loses in this game... except for a few fat ministers and their homies :hammerhead:

Feels like BMW is doing a lot of restructuring with its dealerships all over, Taking poor performing dealerships away from owners and giving them to other more successful dealership owners in a bid to save them , Closing some down where they are not needed , Downsizing others etc.

I wonder which dealership is next on the block ..

It's never nice to hear that yet another SA business is closing. As with any business many families have been dependant on this particular dealership and its sad to hear that it will subsequently close down. I know all the quality people from South East will find a new opportunities and I wish them all the best.

I am at Sandton Auto, was approached to join them over a year ago and we will continue to move from strength to strength always at your service.
