Sound while starting in morning

I am getting some sound when I start my car in morning.

From that video all I can think of is maybe one of your tensioner pulleys are shot

Does sound like a tensioner. Mine does that when the car is every hot.

Noisey pulleys....mayb aircon compressor they usually do that

How much it will cost to fix it , for pulleys?

for of my friend suggested it could be start motor also? any idea if this is possibility.

Start with the cheapest option first....that way if it doesn't sort the prob out........at least u got some maintenance done and it didn't cost u a fortune....

Pulleys aren't that expensive...coupla hundred bucks if I'm not mistaken
