Wow i would be so pissed if that was me, even though its not the right thing, I would have beaten him on the spot.
Be the plan to get out of that is harder then the plan to screw him from here. I would still make life difficult for the guy.

yeah i know exactly what you mean calypso.. but to be honest this guy was a heck load bigger than me :) i'm also not a violent guy as it goes..

all i want is the guy to pay for the damages and that's it.. i think we've established he's cooked in the head..

You also have 24 or 48 hours to report this if you plan on claiming from insurance. Lay charges dude! You dont need to pay a lawyer for that, and I can guarantee you that pillik wont go near your car again.

Thanks FR.. At the moment i'm trying to determine what number he stays at so I can put that on the statement at the station.

Easy, stand outside and rev your car again :)

And do a wheel spin:)

I reckon he hates BMW's (or anyone who owns one) and have watched and hated you for a while and was looking for the right opportunity to look for kak!

I suggest WE ALL rock up and park the place full of BMW's!! He will be out numbered and I think it would be quite intimidating tooo!! How's about we all rev our engines at the same time! :thumbsup::thumbsup:

Then you have Fuzzy kick him in his muther's backyard - What's he going to do, lay a charge agianst me? Talk of the town, man lays charge against woman for kicking him to the floor!! (Here's hoping he doesnt kick the crap outa me!!)

That dent can easily be pressed out...In fact, try get hold of a piece of dry ice and hold there on the dented area for a while, see if it pops out. If not, add a suction cup and pull it out while its cold from the dry ice.

@gizmo: quite a few of my friends have suggested doing this, think I will keep it like this as evidence though until I hear something from the police.

Where does one get hold of dry ice?

Thanks for the advice!

@645nm: thanks dude! :thumbsup:

Go to any park, look for the guys on the nestle bikes with ice cream side cart, or the guys walking around with the big brown (formerly white) Styrofoam boxes full of ice cream and hustle

The other trick that I personally tried was to heat up the dent with a hairdryer and then spray Airduster (while holding the can upside) on the dent. The Airduster spray cold fluid that freezes on the dent and make it pop out. Mine didn't work tough. Maybe the dent was too small.

Here's a similar clip. Air duster is the aerosol cans filled with air that you use to blow clean electronics and cameras etc. If you turn it upside down the propellant liquid comes out.
