Touring is charged, yes... but I'm not so sure about the ZHP - look at the close-up shot of the BMW Performance intake - the pipe goes back towards the stock intake manifold position as opposed to going down and forward as it would in a centrifugal supercharger app... if it's a twinscrew, surely you should also see it in the pic in question - as opposed to what looks like a stock manifold from the side?

Also, try as I may, I'm not spotting an intercooler on the ZHP..

I could be wrong, the ZHP may in fact be charged - but I just don't see it in those pics..

Have a look at the pic with both the bonnets open, look under the cover that normally goes over the intake plenum, you will notice a silver aluminium plate with two bolts in it, this is part of the ESS supercharger.
I recalled it from this pic from the ESS website:

Also it has the relocated aluminium powersteering fluid reservoir that comes with the ESS kits.
