The rubbery feel is peeling off on my steering wheel,

I did see a few DIY on YouTube, just worried about colour matches. Ill resort to this as a last option.

Who can you recommend for this repair in Gauteng?

Leatherboyz in Centurion does Steering wheel repairs, and recovering etc.
Else if you willing to spend a bit, look at AZA Autowheel, either on eBay or Instagram, they have nice options.
