Got up and went to gym. On my way a Supercharged RangeRover, Black, with a CY 21, number plate and GBR decal around the plate made a few runs only to stop at the next robot with a Metallic Grey Aston Martin DBS infront of me.:drool::drool: After gym went to Zeemax to find out what that knocking noise at the back of my car is. Very nice to see the new premises. And was offered a tour of the new facilities. As always  Zeemax. Love those guys. Found out its the Diff bush :bawling: Repairing next week. Driving out of Zeemax a Convertible M6 with a custom exhaust drives infront of me :drool::drool: Wanted to take a video but a girl was driving. Think that would creep her out:mmm: Arrived home, gave the car a wash and wax. Ended off with a cup of cappucino.

So hows your day been?

Was at work, boss edited a report that I had given to him earlier, he then gave it back to me and told me to look it over again, and to tell him if I had anything else to add. I read it only to find that he had not read a single word that I had written and went and rewrote everything I said and added it to the beginning of the report. With everything now given twice in the report I enquired about this, to which he replied he hadn't noticed, wtf, how do you want to edit and add to someone else's work without reading it first, plus he though that it was fine this way in anyhow.

Then I drove home in my BMW, so in the end it was a good day :)

Came home at 06:30, 07:00 kids to school, 08:00 wife to work, 08:15 breakfast at Maxi's,
08:40 hit the banks to repay everyone for the bmw driver training that was cancelled,
09:30 off the fruit shop to buy ingredients to make some soup... yummy,
10:05 butcher for some soup meat, then home to catch some well deserved Zzzz's
woke up at 13:00, start making the soup.... yummy, then hit the bed again from 14:00 till 15:30,
go up, fetched the wife, fetched the kids, and then home to eat the soup... YUMMY indeed!!!
...and then to work at 18:00, and here I am,

I had an interesting day today...went to work in the morning from 8 - 12 and then to the annual truckers lunch. A few comedians at the event (seen them before so not that interesting). At the end of the event, they had some chicks oil wrestling ... not a pretty site. I was tempted to scream keep it on instead of take it off....

I too had a good day, been hectic all week, and next week will either be my death, or im going to kill something.... either way something is going to die.

So I escaped from work early, went and scouted some new suppliers, got my financials from the new shop (funny how ethical guys can come up with financials in a week, and others take months).

Had a 20 minute nap, daughter jumped on her mom which always cheers me up, had way too much mimo's, now im here... tis been a good day :)

Remember, post videos or it didn't happen :)

But in all seriousness, best of luck, with what sounds like it will be a tough week. :thumb:

We should seriously put a shooting event together at a shooting range.
So we can shoot some targets and de-stress a bit. :)

I have been waiting for you to organize something like this :)

I was stuck in the office the entire day. I hate being office bound. Plus I have a headache, I worked late, I can't seem to switch off now either. Yeah, let's go shoot something. Shitty is a pretty accurate description of my day.

@JustNN. Eish bud, sorry to hear the bad news. ( And here I am moaning about my day)

Sankekur,

Its our annual stock take, my single biggest milestone, and 25 people in my stores always makes me nervous, cause whatever they count wrong 6 times in a row means crap for me after the stock take...

Good luck with that then, wish you all of the best :)
Guess this time of year is stressful and irritating all round. Today had and issue with my boss of all people that decided that he will add to a report that he ask of me even though he hasn't read the thing. And I was today again ask for pricing and supplier info, info which I have already supplied months ago, and the mentioned report also covered this in some detail. sigh

Luckily usually he is not that bad, he just sometimes has the way of rubbing me the wrong way, this was one of those times. Luckily he is a physicist/chemist/mathematician with years of experience that he shares with me and for that I am grateful. (I have nothing but respect for people that studied the pure natural sciences).
My main problem is with the upper management, like out CEO that make almost double per month that I make per year, but he has no ability to run a project company or business (not that I am saying I can do a better job but I can tell if someone doesn't know how to do theirs)

I can understand you wanting to break out, I am having the same kinds of feeling towards my profession, which is also why I am looking for some way to possibly make a living in the auto industry, problem is with this i would probably have to run my own business, something I know very little of in both knowledge and savvy, but hey, I can try cant I :)

Kewl man,

That I can help you out with, I have fallen on my face a few times, so i know a few tricks... Let me get my own new enterprise stable and delivering a profit, then perhaps we can talk about a sub division, plenty of oppertunity.

Thanks, we'll see how things go, I always try to make use of any opportunity to learn something new from people that know more than me :)
