Smoking under hard acceleration

I am going to see my mechanic on Monday, my car is booked in for an inspection regarding fueling and air. I hope I didn't cause any bigger problems by adding the diesel injector cleaner

I might even just be a little paranoid as this is my first diesel vehicle and usually when u have black smoke bellowing out of your exhaust in a petrol car it spells big issues.

Will keep you guys posted with the results of the testing from the mechanic
