Smoking, turbo seals leaking oil

Hi guys,

I'm trying to help a friend out, he has a 2012 Volvo S60 T3. Car was smoking & went into limp mode, booked it in to the Volvo service centre & he was told turbo seals are worn & leaking oil. They quoted him a ridiculous amount of money to replace the turbos which he declined.

He is now looking for a reputable SP that can replace the oil seals & service the existing turbo on the car. Please help

Also any recommendations on a Volvo specialist in Dbn as he wants to move away from taking the car into the dealership
