Slight cutting off over half tank fuel

Hi All

I need some info

My E90 320i feels like it wants to cut off while driving when i fill up with more than half tank fuel. Cut off meaning a slight jerk when holding the accelerator pedal at the same position for abt 10 seconds
Once it goes below half it feels fine and no cutting off.

i know this sounds strange but its whats happening

Any advice

usually happens when it's less than half a tank of fuel, which points to fuel filter.
Perhaps the MAF, but the guys who are more knowledgeable should chime in.

Best to get the faults codes read.
