I like the clean setup osiris. Don't your wireless mouse/keyboard suffer signal problems from being too far from the tower?

Thanks man. Took me hours to get this wiring situation so clean, I have wires running under the carpet and into conduit, drilled holes through walls etc.

Not at all, I can walk to the end of the other room and they still work perfectly.

I have the Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic (this thing) set and I have to use a USB extension to ensure the receiver is no more than 2 feet away from the keyboard otherwise it gives me signal issues sometimes. The reason for my asking...

Hmmm that looks like a very nice keyboard, Strange that it suffers from signal loss like that though? I do have the usb dongle for the keyboard situated in the top usb port of the pc case which might help as its in a direct line of site?

This is my set up now... Quite chuffed with it. Just need another HDMI cable for the screen on the left. Got the gaming Chair on a takealot daily deal. Super chuffed with it and it should be a great boost for my CS:GO skills :roflol:.

Specs are as follows:

Intel Core i7 3930k currently at it's stock clock. Need some better cooling before I OC...
16GB Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz DDR3 RAM
Nvidia GTX960
1x 256GB SSD (System Drive)
An assortment of normal hard drives totaling about 4TB of storage space
I have a Steelseries Rival 700 resting on a Steelseries QCK Heavy Mousemat
Logitech G430 Headset
Corsair Strafe Mechanical Keyboard
The main monitor is a Samsung S27E390H which I got for a steal off Carbonite

Quite happy with the build now... Just some liquid cooling for the CPU and I'll be done for a while :fencelook:
