As far as I am aware, there is a limit to only 17 cars. The organisers have filled a few of the spots up with a couple of collector cars and exotics, so there are spots available for the daily drives.

Turtlewax Black will not be coming in. I got a protype box to test and it got the thumbs down from me. Not because it didn't work. It actually left an amazing finish. It was just messy as hell to handle. Black detail spray, black cleaner polish, black carnuaba. And being the klutz that I was, I dropped a bit onto my white canvas takkies!
You will be required to leave the car for two nights. There will be security, and the cars will be ropped off, so no touching!

Brilliant Idea....

With any luck my polisher will have arrived next week from the States....
I did as you suggested and forwarded an email to the organisers.

My attitude now is they can only say no.

Apparently the decision will be made in the first week of May as to which cars they intend to use.

I recon you stand a good chance Fraser, as the feedback that I have received is that not allot of private people have responded. There are plenty of show cars available, but the idea was to get more enthusiasts involved.

I know that the OPC club has responded and taken a few spots. :fencelook:

Got confirmation yesterday they want to use the car so super impressed.
Will be a first for me and thrilled to represent the Forum.
Car already clayed and compounded.
Just another good polish and wax outstanding.
