Looks like just plastics that are damaged, but I know from my R8 that if any aluminium body work needs to be done, it needed to go to a specific repair shop, approved by Audi, that works with aluminium as they have the tools and training etc. There are a few on their website.

That is the problem..previous experience has shown me vw/audi approved shops are useless. The car it coming out of M/P anyway next month, so I will see what insurance says before I do anything
