Debadge is fine. I actually like it and it generally doesn't effect my ability to tell what engine a BMW has in it. If I had a 530d it would be off in a flash.

But the M badge on a non-M car is another thing. I frequently do mock "come and plays" if I spot a 316i with an m badge. :mmm: I think its abit like when we were kids putting playing cards in the spokes to make a bicycle sound like a motorbike.

de-badging makes the car look more sleek, dont mess it up by putting a m badge where it doesn't belong though...

My personal take if it didnt come from the factory with ///M badges it should not be there.

different strokes for different folks.

i would rather set fire to my car than put an M badge on it...
de-badge is fine if you want a sleeker look :)

There is only one thing lower than a non-M car with an M badge... that is the po :censored: es that steals (or tries to steal) M badges off real M cars:cursin:

History of yours, Clownshoe?
Not sure when it happened but noticed someone had tried to push a knife under the badge and pry it off... I must be stuck on proper as it didn't come off.

Nah the badge is there to give people a rude awakening, the people that when I tell them I bought a BMW assume that I bought a 320i or a 318i :)

Edit: And I like the badge :)

Yeah that dirt that gets under it is really irritating.

Thanks for the offer but I think I will pass :)

(Might change the badge to shadow badge or gloss black later on though, depending on how my titanium sliver and gloss balck look pans out)
