Hi everyone

I wanted to ask if anyone has any advice with regards to services.

Minor Engine service - intervals
Major Engine service - intervals
Gear box service - intervals
General preventive services

Any and all advice is appreciated, at the moment I'm just following the BMW guidelines.

My M240i in specific has been stage 1 tuned (MHD OTS) since 40 000km. Gear box has been XHP stage 3 tuned at the same time.

I wanted to make the responses specific to my car but also a general guide for other M240i owners.

Perhaps a break down for the following:

Stock:

Minor Engine service - intervals
Major Engine service - intervals
Gear box service - intervals
General preventive services

Stage 1 + XHP :

Minor Engine service - intervals
Major Engine service - intervals
Gear box service - intervals
General preventive services

Stage 2 + XHP :

Minor Engine service - intervals
Major Engine service - intervals
Gear box service - intervals
General preventive services

I think anyone going above stage 2 and the more custom tuning route will have more experience with regards to maintance than most.
