New to the forum so apologies if this is not the right place for my question!

My wife owns a 2013 X3 20d xDrive - great car but since its motor plan ended, my faith in BMW dealerships have been completely eroded.

I am looking for some advice on service agents in Winelands or Northern subs who specialize in BMW - any suggestions? There seems to be gearbox and steering coloumn issues that needs attention.
