Service advise needed on E90 320D

Good evening all, I'm new to the forum and new to BMW. I bought a 320D E90 2009 with 105000 km on the clock. What a lovely vehicle. Car had a motorplan to 100000km. Service indicator on the idrive show the car needs an oil change in 1200kms, should I take it to BMW or get a reputable non OEM mechanic to do the service? If so, any suggestions where I can do this, I'm based in Middelburg MP.

Agreed, oil service on the E90 is the easiest I've ever done. Oil filter is right in front of you and so is the filler cap... I'd recommend Liqui Moly oil, you can buy from Moranor on the forum.

I can assist you, straight oil service , just oil, oil filter and labour will be around R1400-00
