second hand e90

Hi

I'm looking at buying a second hand e90 over 150 000km. What would you suggest a 320i, 320D or 323i? Also how reliable are these cars and the cost of maintenance. Is the face lift models better than the 1st generation?

320d FTW. :thumbs: Not because I have one, but purely because it has more power and less problems than a 320i (I also have an LCI 320i), more potential than a 323i, and heck, it's diesel with a boost snail :smilebounce: maintenance is the usual BMW running costs :fencelook: also the diesel engines are known to last if treated well. Hope this helps.

320D or 323i

Reliability is all relative to what condition you buy the car in.

I bought a lemon and spent over 50k in 6 months on it.

My current car hasn't even cost me anything other than wear and tear.
