Scratches

Goooood Morning everyone

Hm, My baby has some paint scratches (e.g key scratches by the door handle), she's titanium silver metallic, and I don't enough about scratches(anything at all) to tell you how deep they are etc, and random scratches on the side door about the same depth, I'm assuming it's not very deep, if it helps - it looks like "white" in the scratches, I'm assuming it's what the silver looks like when scratched , and they don't appear deep.

Just wondering what the best way is to sort them out on the car ?

I live in East London and the quality of work on cars is TERRIBLE, most repair centers do more damage to cars than good, so I'm worried about taking it somewhere for them to ruin the paint in the process of some touch ups.

What do you guys suggest ? :=): A good place or person to take it to, or procedure, would be awesome.

Thanks!

Google Turtle Wax Scratch Repair Kit if you can catch your nails on the scratch.
If its lighter probably a quick buff with some Meguiers Ultimate Compound Polish available at BW will sort it out.

its called the finger nail test

run your finger nail lightly over the scratch, if it gets stuck, its gone through and you paint the panel.

You do not blend on silver..

Zaleonards, is Turtle Wax Scratch Repair Kit blending ? And I should use it if it hasn't gone through and my nail doesn't get stuck ?
