• Has been involved in a full life cycle on a SAP Project implementation
• Is willing to travel into Africa
Training SME • Development of training curriculum in accordance with scope of project
• Development of training objectives and outcome for each training course
• Assess availability of existing training materials to be utilised and adjusted
• Development of training course materials to support the required outcome of the project in accordance with project management and Learning and Development standards
• Work with functional team members to ensure the effectiveness, accuracy and completeness of training materials
• Work with Learning and Development to make training materials available.
Business / Process Analyst
• Gathering of the requirements
• Developing detailed requirements specification
• Conduct/ Manage User Acceptance Testing
• Designing and/or review test cases
• Develop process maps based on the process inventory and gap analysis
• Tracing the requirements during implementation (traceability matrix)
• Investigate external feeds and interfaces
• Work together with business to understand the IT impact of BU/ country localization requirements
• As Is process document
• To Be process document
• Gap analyses document between As Is and To Be process
• Business requirements document for financial control and management information requirements
• Business test scenarios document for financial control and management information
• Participate in workshops
• Participate in testing of the solution and sign off on integration testing phase
