Saldanha 800m drags 2014 28/29th

hi all,
im heading through tomorrow to the Saldanha 800m drags,
ive never been before, but heard its an awesome event with lots of even more awesome cars attending,

im just wondering if any other of the forum members are going through, or racing and participating, or if theres any sort of a bmw gathering or park of area?

anyway, should be really cool, super amped to go check it out,

maybe see some of you there?

Hey, what time are you driving thru? Parking area fills up pretty quick, last year I ended up parking on the side of the road

you end up going to the drags?
ya, ended up having to park in the road, got there at about 10:30,

the only crap part about that was someone stealing my rear bmw roundel emblem:RedNo::RedNo::RedNo::RedNo:
A holes ,....

other then that though it was such an awesome event!!!
luckily i got to watch from the competitors arena which was better then from the sidelines which puts you right in the action which is awesome, and means you get to see all the cars up close,

lots of skylines, supra's, bmw m3's, box shapes, x35i's, fords, toyotas, golfs, audis, everything,

definitely going to next years one!

watching all those fast cars definitely made my 330i feel a bit slow on the way home though:blueCry:

yeah, that was the best part for me, saw a lot of awesome and different cars that you usually don't see on the road
