Hi Guys!

Can anyone tell me where do I find those little thinghy's that looks like a small button and keeps your safety belt clip in a place easy to reach when you want to use it?

Know exactly what you are talking about...

I dont know if your going to find the stopper button thingy, and if you do, pressing it on may be the next problem.

However you can buy a complete seatbelt with them on for like R150 bucks from any scrapyard, and its about an hour or two for installation...

Thanks....

I thought I was clever and tried to remove one from the back seatbelts, but alas you can't take it off. IT FLIPPEN BREAKS!!!

Now I need two and this excercise is becoming an expensive one!!

I need one for my e34 as well. Was thinking I am just going to punch a stud in there.

I will let you know (post it here) if I found something.

I am just a bit worried that one could damage the safetybelt in such a way that it weakens.

Jandre,

WHich do you need. I have both left and right for the E34 that I got from Uber, but did not use them as I had another problem, so I have a complete set. Talk to Uber :)

You can buy them new from BMW... Part Nr:72 11 1 950 829 and 72 11 1 917 406
Use a water pump plier and a rag to clip it on to the belt. I would think that BMW made the parts to not damage the belt when cliping it on.

At Paarlberg price for both parts R19.49 (incl).
They have to order...

Is cheaper than a 2nd hand safety belt.
