S50B32 Vanos advice needed

Hi guys

My M Coupe s50 is on 160 000km, the vanos is leaking. I still pulls strong but haven't compared it to anyones car to test if the leaking is affecting performance. What I know is from standstill till the end of 2nd gear I'm doing +- 110km/h.

To sort out the leaking, do I need a new vanos unit or do I just need to replace all the seals and gaskets. Since i discovered the leak I don't drive the car much except going to the shop for bread and milk.

Where exactly is it leaking from?

a bit on the intake manifold and quite a bit on the exhaust side. I saw it while under the car doing a coolant flush.
