good idea but PVC does not like heat and releases chlorine gas when heated

replace the PVC with something better and you sorted :rollsmile:

I machined a can out of nylon. Have yet to fit it tho.

Making a test can for now to see how effective the design is, then I will get this guy I met recently to make a replica out of stainless steal. The pvc stuff only cost me R65 so it was perfect for a test fit

Rear finally done. Officially I have powerflex end every thing except for the swaybars. Lol

Powerflex black top inner arm bush

Secret to getting the bushes out without a press or puller is to drill as many holes close together as you can then wiggle the drill going into each individual hole you drilled out. Then get a saw blade and cut the metal jacket of the bush in half and then you knock it inwards with a chisel

M3 20mm swaybar and all painted black with copper slip on all the bushes

Only waiting for the new boots for the driveshafts then I can put it back together and start on the front and motor

Oh ya also got my m52 dipstick tube for my catch can setup for the oil to return to the motor

Subframe finally in !!! Was really easy to get in thanks to my jack

I went mad with the copperslip. But it everywhere lol

This was the damage caused by my loose subframe and broken diff bush.

I have been there, eat breakfast and just start before you know it, you are 2/3 hours into it again.
