Rough idle

Morning, I drive a 330d late 2006 model.
I removed the dpf and installed a down pipe. Ever since the car, usually after cold start and even when it's hot, I notice that it idle uneven. When I drive at rpm above idle up to above 2 000 I can feel it searching, the more load the engine takes, the better it is, but less load, you can feel it search and even see it on the rev counter. I have unplugged the airmass meter, same thing, recently removed the swirl flaps, same thing, though now it feels a bit better, but still. If anyone had the same experience or has any ideas, please share it with me.

I have, made the symptoms more aggressive. A guy at Sovereign BMW in Bloem told me that he thinks it's a software problem, they install a newer version of BMW software, but there's no guarantee

Based on your description I actually think it's tired and dirty injectors.. You can try running a bottle or two of that over the counter injector cleaner but I don't know what is in the stuff. But overall it definitely sounds like a sticky injector.
