Rough Idle on an E90

Hey guys,

So my dad E90 had a terrible idle on start up and now refuses to turn over at all now, just swings. Before towing the car to a mech I would like to know has anyone experienced such a problem? What could it be?

If you are handy/DIY guy then just have someone run diagnostics on the car.

You probably looking at either a sensor, or highly probably one of the 4 or 6 coils went on the car and causes the needle to jump like that.

Just get the car diagnose and take it from there, we will help where possible.

Lol all good bud , thanks guys for the advice, being low on time at the moment will get a diagnostics done and will provide some feedback thereafter
